KM Support and Design Co. is committed to providing high‑quality business support, design, and professional services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

General Policy

All payments made to KM Support and Design Co. are subject to the terms outlined below. By booking services or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of our services—custom, time‑based, and digitally delivered—refunds are limited once work has begun.

Deposits

  • All deposits are non‑refundable.

  • Deposits secure your booking, reserve time, and cover initial preparation and administrative work.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total cost of services.

 

One‑Time Services

  • Full payment is required before work begins.

  • No refunds will be issued once work has started or a draft has been delivered.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted before work begins, a refund may be issued minus the non‑refundable deposit.

 

Monthly & Retainer Services

  • Monthly and retainer payments are non‑refundable once the service period begins.

  • Clients may cancel future billing cycles by providing written notice according to the terms outlined in their service agreement.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

 

Resume, Career, & Design Services

  • Resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and design services are custom and non‑refundable once work has started.

  • Revisions included in your package serve as the remedy for adjustments or changes.

  • Refunds are not provided based on subjective preferences, change of mind, or job search outcomes.

Note: KM Support and Design Co. does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific results.

Cancellations & No‑Shows

  • Missed appointments or no‑shows are non‑refundable.

  • Late cancellations may result in forfeited payments, as outlined in our Booking Policy.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to verified emergencies or exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of KM Support and Design Co. and is not guaranteed.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact KM Support and Design Co. directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and restriction from future bookings.
