4. Revisions and Approvals
Design packages include a set number of revisions as stated in your project quote. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees. Final approval from the client confirms acceptance of the work as delivered.
5. Turnaround Times
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project. Turnaround times may shift based on client response times, revision requests, or project complexity. KM Support and Design Co. will communicate any changes promptly.
6. Printing and Production
For projects involving print coordination, KM Support and Design Co. will manage vendor communication and file preparation. However, final print quality and production timelines are the responsibility of the selected print vendor. KM Support and Design Co. is not liable for delays, color variations, or production errors caused by third‑party vendors.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits and payments for completed work are non‑refundable. If a project is canceled before completion, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary materials to complete the project. Delays in providing content or approvals may extend project timelines.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final approved designs for their intended purpose. KM Support and Design Co. retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
KM Support and Design Co. is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or third‑party vendors. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Updates to Terms
KM Support and Design Co. may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
