My name is Kim Martinez
I’m Kim Martinez, the founder of KM Support and Design Co., a service‑driven company built on clarity, creativity, and operational excellence. After more than 15 years leading vendor management, contract compliance, and cross‑functional operations across state government, public health, and corporate environments, I launched this company to bring that same level of precision and care to individuals, small businesses, and community organizations.
My professional background includes managing complex vendor portfolios, strengthening governance frameworks, improving contract lifecycle processes, and partnering with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Executive teams to reduce risk and improve performance. I’ve built a career on accountability, structure, and thoughtful communication—skills that now shape every project I take on, from event materials to business support services.
Beyond my work, I’m a wife and proud mom of three sons who inspire my drive, my creativity, and the legacy I’m building. When I’m not designing or coordinating projects, you can find me kayaking, exploring the performing arts, or enjoying time with my family.
